Senior/Principal Software Engineer (PHP + Node Backend Developer) – Sydney based - $140,000-$190,000 base + super depending on experience– Permanent Full Time Work for this great well-known Australian FinTech organisation where you will get the chance to work within an innovative, transparent and high performing team environment. You will join the team as a Senior/Principal Software Engineer (PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript) and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. This role is open to candidates in Sydney ONLY. *****Please read the below before applying*****

• Sydney based candidates ONLY (No to candidates based in other states in Australia)
• This role will involve 1-3 meeting per month in Sydney so highly remote
• Australian Citizens/PR of Australia/NZ Citizens ONLY

• Salary: $140,000-$190,000 + superannuation depending on experience

• This is not a graduate, junior or mid level role
• Minimum 10-15 years Software Engineering experience is required (Not less)
• They need PHP experience (whether it is current or a while ago is fine)
• NodeJS a MUST
• One other backend language apart from PHP is a MUST

Due to an expanding team, a Senior Software Engineer (PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript) role has now become available. In this role, you will be working on the tech stack of PHP + Node + TypeScript + AWS . We would like someone from a Backend Software Engineering background as they would strong software fundamentals. Key Requirements:-

• PHP a MUST (PHP ideally) PHP can be not so proficient/a bit rusty or used a while ago is fine
• Minimum 5 years JavaScript experience
• TypeScript experience
• Node experience a MUST
• One other backend language apart from PHP is a MUST
• AWS experience
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Software Engineering (Bachelors/Masters) required
• Minimum total experience as a Software Developer of 10-15 years
