The Role:

As the Senior Sous you will be at the forefront of operations, contributing to the success of this dynamic establishment. Key responsibilities include:

• Energetic leadership with aspirations for a Head Chef position.
• Maintaining composure and calmness under pressure.
• Hands-on involvement stock control, ordering, rostering and costings.
• Efficiently running shifts in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Active participation in service to enhance the guest experience and leading the kitchen team.

Skills and Experience:

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to leadership.
• Aspirations for growth into management roles.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Hands-on experience and the want to be part of service.
