What you’ll be doing:|

• Running the pass and leading the crew when the heat is on (literally 🔥)
• Keeping food quality sharp, consistent, and on point in a busy kitchen
• Backing up the Head Chef with ordering, stock, and day-to-day ops
• Mentoring the up-and-comers and keeping the team vibe strong
• Helping drive creativity, efficiency, and good times in the kitchen

About you:

• Proven chops as a Sous or Senior Sous in a high-volume, high-quality venue
• You know that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion and productivity
• You are hungry to produce high quality dishes and have an entrepreneurial spirit
• Reliable, organised, and hungry for the next step in your career
