About The Role

Join Vinarchy’s Transformation Office (TO) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract - with potential to extend or move into a permanent role.
This pivotal role is part of the diving engine of our global transformation program. The Transformation Office runs the standards, analytics and governance that turn strategic ambition into delivered value through disciplined execution. 

Combining strategy, transformation excellence and hands-on delivery, the Senior Strategy & Transformation Manager will help shape the transformation roadmap, deliver centrally run strategic change programs of work, and support workstreams and program leadership with insights that support informed decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead projects from the centre - run standalone, consulting-style projects on the toughest commercial, organisational efficiency, and execution problems; and drive them through to implementation. Examples range across Commercial strategy, departmental efficiency, process redesign, AI, quick wins.


• Own the finance bridge and pipeline analytics - be the link between the Transformation Office and Corporate Finance. You will own initiative pipeline and sufficiency analytics to ensure delivery to our ambition, , run value pool analysis to open up new areas of opportunity, and partner with the business to stand those initiatives up. You will safeguard the integrity of the numbers, including spot checks on key initiatives and their impacts.


• Partner and coach - set the bar for transformation and execution discipline, work with a subset of workstreams to embed our program standards and the right behaviours, providing coaching, challenge, and support to the leaders and owners who deliver initiatives. 

Across all three, you will sharpen the program itself - the tools, standards and routines that make the Transformation Office run effectively.

This is a rare seat: strategy, execution and program excellence across the full breadth of a global business, with the freedom to help define what matters, what's next, and how the transformation shapes the future of the organisation. You will have regular, meaningful exposure to the Executive Leadership Team, and the support and partnership of the Transformation & VGD Delivery Director.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years at a Tier 1 strategy consultancy firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG strongly preferred).


• A background in transformation, process improvement and commercial strategy


• Domain expertise in FMCG or consumer businesses highly regarded


• Strong financial fluency and judgement - comfortable working hand-in-hand with corporate finance


• Communication, influencing and partnership skills that can hold a room of senior stakeholders, and the confidence to challenge them constructively
