The role

Ready to shape the way we hire at Prospa? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to take the lead on how we find and bring great people into the business. This isn’t just about filling roles – it’s about helping build the teams that drive our success. You’ll own the recruitment process, work closely with senior leaders, and have plenty of freedom to try new things, improve what’s already working, and take our hiring to the next level. What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business


• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and support them to make great hiring decisions.


• Proactively source and attract top talent, both externally and within Prospa.


• Coach leaders on how to run structured, inclusive interviews and make confident decisions.


• Work with leaders to plan ahead and keep talent pipelines full for what’s next.


• Boost our employer brand – help tell Prospa’s story and keep us top of mind for great candidates.


• Spot what’s working (and what’s not) – then scale it, simplify it, and make it better.


• Use data and insights to guide smarter, faster hiring.


• Make sure new hires hit the ground running with a smooth onboarding experience.


• Be a champion for Prospa’s values and culture in everything you do.


• Lead the charge on inclusive hiring – continuing to build a diverse, welcoming workplace.


• Always look for new, smarter ways to grow our talent and scale up what we do.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in-house.


• Confidently recruit at pace across diverse roles and levels, adapting swiftly to business needs.


• Partner effectively with leaders, knowing when to challenge and influence decisions.


• Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Analytical thinker who uses data to enhance hiring decisions.


• Proactive and independent, always taking initiative.


• Growth mindset, constantly seeking to elevate TA and personal impact.
