About the role:

As one of our Internal Senior Talent Consultants, you'll be the go-to expert for all things talent. You will:

• Collaborate with Senior Leaders to determine recruitment needs and devise best practice operational strategy
• Ensure data driven decision and strategies are discussed and implemented.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity
• Seek innovative ways to attract and source candidates directly
• Make use of market insights to build out talent pipelines and create a more proactive recruitment strategy
• Build strong relationships with key internal clients and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive brand awareness and EVP in market
• Collaborate with wider P&C team on talent needs and goals
• Maximise DEI opportunity through recruitment
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Deliver on high-profile recruitment projects
• Focus on process improvement and best use of systems to drive best practice
• Use data to understand opportunities to improve the recruitment experience and effectiveness
• Work with the Early Careers Senior Consultant to drive initiatives in the Perth office

About you:

You're consultative, proactive and thrive on connecting people with opportunities. You bring strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a genuine passion for talent.

Essential skills to help you succeed in this role:

• Prior in-house recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with Talent technology
• Commercial attitude with the ability to influence stakeholders and be resilient in the face of challenge
• Problem solving skills, and the ability to adapt to change

If you have some of these, even better:

• Talent pipeline development (networking, referrals, headhunting)
• Proficiency with technology and relevant talent applications
• Experience with WorkDay
• Professional Services experience
