Your new role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst (Integration) to join a centralised Integration Excellence Team that supports multiple programs across the business. This team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality integration solutions and shaping work packages across complex enterprise initiatives.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Testing teams, driving integration outcomes and ensuring alignment across programs. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a delivery-focused environment and enjoys working at the core of technical integration.
What you'll need to succeed

10+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on integration

Highly hands-on ("do-er") with real delivery experience in integration environments

Strong background working with:

• REST APIs
• API Gateways
• API Platforms

Solid understanding of integration fundamentals, with exposure across multiple platforms (no specific technology required)

Proven ability to work across large-scale enterprise programs

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Background as a Software Developer who transitioned into a Technical BA would be highly regarded.

Experience within Financial Services (FS) environments (not essential if strong enterprise integration experience is present)
