Are you a seasoned professional looking to make an impact in the banking industry? We're seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Home Lending experience and a minimum of 12 years' experience in the Australian workforce, particularly within Finance or Banking sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Worked on a Home Lending project as a technical BA
• Lead and contribute to highly-critical, large-scale projects within the banking domain.
• Drive project success through your self-motivation, passion, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Utilize your expertise in Agile-SCRUM methodologies to deliver outcomes efficiently and effectively.
• Take a hands-on approach as a technical BA, proficient in writing EPICs and User Stories, encompassing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate Agile SCRUM ceremonies and cadences as necessary to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 12 years' experience in the Australian workforce, with a focus on Finance or Banking.
• Home Lending experience is a MUST HAVE 
• Proven track record of delivering highly-critical, large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Agile-SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to write EPICs and User Stories, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Experience running Agile SCRUM ceremonies and cadences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective stakeholder management.
