Role Overview

Technical Recruiters at Mytra.AI play a pivotal role, directly impacting the organization’s growth, culture, and success. This position will partner and collaborate with employees at all levels, include our Executive team, from developing sourcing strategies, managing our interview process, to closing candidates. This position is both strategic and hands-on, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting and committed to bringing top talent to Mytra.

This position is onsite to assist with any interview logistics. Based on our growth plan we anticipate this role converting to a full time position down the road. Our ideal candidate will be open part-time now and full time later.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for Engineering, Operations, and Commercial roles ensuring a positive candidate experience for both candidate and hiring team.
• Work with Hiring Mangers and the People team to develop, implement, and execute sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their hiring needs and goals.
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth process through offer and candidate close.
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
• Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Mytra.

Requirements

• 5-7 years technical recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
• Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
