The Role
Our Treatment Coordinators play a pivotal role in creating a positive, seamless experience for patients. From a warm welcome to finalising treatment plans, you’ll work closely with our highly skilled team, helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their dental journey.

About You
We’re looking for a candidate who brings optimism, confidence, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. As the ideal fit, you have outstanding problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. This role is a fantastic for those with experience with dental assisting who are focused on patient care and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through treatment options, assisting with plan coordination and payment options
• Personalise treatment plans, manage appointments, and oversee payments
• Provide excellent customer service and patient support
• Coordinate patients' care journeys, including specialist referrals and financing
• Elevate the experience for new patients, making each visit memorable
