Senior Valuer - Hospitality - Urgent Hiring

Senior Valuer to join an International Property Valuation & Advisory firm in their Hospitality team handling Going Concerns for Pubs & Clubs, Taverns, Hotels, Accomodation and associated Commercial and Retail.

The Role at a Glance:

• Fees of $440,000+ immediately available
• More fees available across rent reviews and rent submissions
• Quoting and billing the client directly - NOT BANKS
• Fees generally 25% higher
• No patch or boundaries; national scope, plenty of work available in QLD.
• Can train up a Commercial Valuer into specialist assets - if you've done 5 years in Commercial we can train the rest.
• Everyone gets an Assistant!
• Team of 6 Valuers
• Strength in Advisory
• WFH & hybrid options

Salary:

$100 – $130 + Super + Commissions (2.5x 40%)

This is a firm that considers itself BIG on training & development. If you have a solid 5 years in Commercial Valuations, they will train you into this role. If you are already trained in this specialty but would like to be developed elsewhere for the future, they are willing to do this too.

They would rather keep good staff at the company, even if it means them moving from their original team.
