Senior Wayfinding Designer

In this role, you'll:

•  You will deliver customer centred wayfinding design and configuration updates across complex operational environments to ensure clarity, accessibility and consistency. 

•  You will resolve technical and operational wayfinding challenges in live, multi modal transport settings. 

•  You will manage site assessments and design documentation to support improved navigation and customer experience outcomes.

About you

•  You have extensive experience in large scale wayfinding design, accessibility standards and user centred spatial assessment. 

•  You’re recognised as a collaborative problem solver, skilled at translating complex environmental constraints into effective wayfinding solutions. 

•  You bring experience in design integration across diverse transport assets to achieve clear, reliable customer journeys. 

•  You hold relevant tertiary qualifications in design or an equivalent field.
