Opportunity

We’re
looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant who is
collaborative, delivery-focused, and motivated to deepen their consulting
expertise, with experience delivering Workday or ERP implementations. This is
an exciting opportunity to work across functional workstreams while delivering
high-quality, client-focused outcomes.

You’ll
partner with clients, project managers, and offshore teams to support
end-to-end implementations, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
Drawing on your experience, you’ll contribute to solution design, support key
decisions, and help deliver effective Workday Finance outcomes.

You’ll also
play an important role in troubleshooting complex issues and contributing to
problem-solving, helping drive best-practice outcomes for clients. This role is
ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, engaging
with stakeholders, and continuing to build their expertise in Workday and
consulting.

We are open to candidates who are based in Sydney,
Melbourne, or Brisbane.

• Coordinate Workday functional
  workstreams across the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and delivery
  progress
  
• Partner with stakeholders to
  understand business requirements and translate them into effective system
  design
  
• Work alongside the Project Manager to
  track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
  
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore
  teams to drive outcomes, resolve blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
  
• Review deliverables for accuracy,
  consistency, and quality, proactively identifying and addressing issues
  
• Lead or contribute to design
  sessions, testing activities, and process validation to ensure scalable,
  high-quality solutions
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues,
  applying strong analytical skills to drive effective problem-solving
  
• Clarify requirements, align
  priorities, and ensure clear documentation across the delivery lifecycle
  

Requirements

What You
Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
  Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  
• Proven experience (5+ years for Senior Consultant) in implementing finance systems, ERP
  implementations, or Workday financials consulting
  
• Advantageous - Workday Financials or
  similar ERP systems implementations experience
  
• Demonstrated ability to work
  collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with a range of
  stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication skills, with
  confidence in facilitating discussions and engaging with both technical and
  non-technical audiences
  
• Strong attention to detail, with a
  focus on delivering high-quality, accurate outcomes
  
• A proactive and adaptable mindset,
  with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and contribute to delivery
  success
