Senior Workforce Relations Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys navigating complex employee relations matters and providing practical advice to leaders?

Join 3Bridges as our Senior Human Resources Advisor and play a key role in supporting leaders and employees across a diverse For Impact organisation.

This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave opportunity, available full-time or 0.8 FTE. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week at our Penshurst office, and flexibility to work remotely.

With a strong focus on employee relations and case management, you'll support leaders through performance, behavioural and other complex people matters, providing clear advice and helping build confidence and consistency in people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations matters including performance, behavioural and complex people cases


• Provide practical HR and ER advice to leaders


• Coach managers through people processes


• Interpret Modern Awards, the NES and employment requirements


• Support grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters


• Partner with internal stakeholders on employee matters


• Support HR policies, procedures and employment documentation


• Contribute to People projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You're an experienced HR professional who is confident handling complex employee matters and partnering with leaders.

You'll bring strong ER knowledge, sound judgement and the ability to provide practical solutions while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred (Diploma qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered) 


• Strong employee relations and case-management experience


• Experience coaching leaders on performance, conduct and workplace matters


• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the NES and Modern Awards


• Experience supporting grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Current NSW Driver Licence


• Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
