Electrical Engineer (Senior/Associate)As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing the capabilities and reputation of the client's Water Infrastructure team. Collaborating with a talented multi-disciplinary team, you will drive future-ready outcomes that benefit clients and communities.Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a national team to deliver on project goals
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients and vendors
• Produce high-quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Undertake field and desktop investigations related to existing electrical infrastructure
• Prepare detailed documentation and specifications for electrical components to support procurement and delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• RPEQ Certification and Chartered Engineer status
• Experience in an engineering consultancy, design, or asset owner role, preferably in the water industry
• Understanding and demonstrated experience in electrical infrastructure design, particularly related to the water utility sector
• Design background in PTW design, LV and ELV electrical systems, PLC/telemetry, and Instrumentation and Control
• Emerging project management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Senior Electrical Engineer (PTW Design)

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in PTW (Permit to Work) design to contribute to the success of this major joint venture project. Collaborating with a team of talented professionals, you will drive innovative solutions that enhance the client's water infrastructure capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of PTW electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of standards, conceptual and detailed designs, and design management processes
• Actively participate in industry committees and contribute to the advancement of the sector

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• RPEQ Certification and Chartered Engineer status
• Extensive experience in PTW design, with a strong understanding of LV and ELV electrical systems, PLC/telemetry, and Instrumentation and Control
• Proven track record in the water utility sector or similar industries
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong technical and commercial acumen, with a focus on successful outcomes for clients
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
