Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer - Dynamic Team

Grace is seeking candidates with exceptional attention to detail, a great attitude and excellent data entry skills to join our Information Management division as an Sentencing/Cataloguing Officer on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role working in our imaging department and warehouse facility.

This role will require someone who is comfortable performing repetitive work and will require some clerical tasks will be involved including:

• Filing
• Sorting of documentation
• Preparation of documentation for data entry

About You

• Warehouse Experience – desirable
• Excel skills
• PDT hand held scanner experience
• Cataloguing and file registration experience - desirable
• Be hard working and reliable
• Physically fit – lifting of boxes
• Flexibility with work hours
• Work well under pressure
• Be a team player
