As Service Administrator, your role will be to provide administration support to service branches across the organisation nationally.

As part of the centralised service team, this role is primarily required to complete common service administration tasks for the various branches.  Work closely with the service branches to ensure efficient, accurate and timely completion of required tasks and responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Service Branches to ensure efficient, accurate and timely completion of required tasks and responsibilities 
• Thorough review of Service Job Cards for completeness, accuracy and status.
• Maintain compliant and organised files for incomplete Service Calls.
• Ensure that all invoices are created in a timely and accurate manner according to the Company procedures manual.
• Support branches with timesheet processing. 

About You:

• Certificate II and III Business Administration would be an advantage
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills
• Team player
• General office and Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional presentation and telephone manner
