Right now, we're looking for a motivated and highly organised Service Administrator to join our Mackay team and play a critical role in supporting our workshop and operations teams.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Administrator, you'll be the central point of coordination for a busy service department, supporting both workshop operations and site personnel. No two days are the same, and you'll be responsible for:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to our Service and Operations teams


• Coordinating and managing personnel inductions and branch compliance requirements


• Maintaining workforce capacity planning calendars and scheduling information


• Assisting with documentation management, archiving, scanning, and data integrity


• Liaising with customers, suppliers, employees, and site stakeholders


• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping streamline processes


• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, record keeping, and administrative support across the branch

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you'll become an integral part of a high-performing team that values collaboration, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

About You

You are someone who enjoys being organised, takes ownership of your work, and genuinely enjoys supporting others to succeed.

You'll bring:

• Current Australian Driver's Licence


• Previous administration experience, ideally within a workshop, mining, industrial, or service environment


• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Word


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy


• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines


• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement


• A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed
