With a commitment to excellence, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Service Advisor to join the team in 2025 and help continue providing exceptional customer care.

About The Opportunity

As the Service Advisor, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of work orders, parts, & customer information to ensure smooth operations
• Promoting and upselling services and products that align with customer needs and business goals
• Collaborating closely with the workshop team to enhance workflow and service delivery
• Coordinating vehicle servicing schedules and managing customer bookings efficiently
  

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience as a service advisor or in a sales-oriented role
• Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and processes is an advantage
• A proactive and driven attitude, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships
