The Role

Were seeking a Service Advisor with proven experience in the automotive industry to act as the crucial link between our valued customers and our skilled technical team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, youll ensure seamless customer service and workshop coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, manage enquiries, and book appointments.
• Invoice Management: Accurately cost repair invoices for retail, fleet, warranty, and internal accounts.
• Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about their vehicles progress and consult on repairs or maintenance options.
• Workflow Coordination: Work closely with the Workshop Controller to allocate tasks to the technical team.
• Fleet Approvals: Liaise with fleet companies to obtain repair and service authorizations.
• Relationship Building: Foster positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

What Were Looking For

To excel in this role, you MUST have:

• Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: The ability to connect with customers and explain technical details clearly.
• Organisational Excellence: Strong multitasking skills to manage a busy service department.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Office365.
• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Drivers License: A valid drivers license is essential.
