About the role
As Service Advisor you will:
- Work with other dedicated service advisors and technicians to deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
- Answer service enquiries by phone, email, online and in person.
- Take ownership of your allocated customer base to answer technical enquires, process warranty claims and manage upcoming service bookings.
- Liaise with the Service Manager, Workshop Foreman, and RV technicians to provide technical advice and solve customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors, other internal departments, and manufacturers to assist you in delivering outstanding support to our customers.
- Use acquired technical understanding to prepare quotes for various repairs and upgrades to caravans, camper trailers and motorhomes.
- Create job cards in preparation for customer bookings, ensuring the correct parts, approvals and contractors are organised for a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Check customers in at the time of their booking and convey the works required accurately onto job cards for the technicians to complete.
- Invoice completed jobs in accordance with internal and manufacturer policies.

- While technical knowledge about RV’s is desirable, the ability to learn it is crucial.
- Effective administrative skills are a MUST. You will have multiple enquiries on the go at any one time and you need to maintain an excellent degree of organisation.
- Computer literacy. We use various online platforms to help deliver our customers the best possible experience. Your ability to learn these quickly will be the marker of success.
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work as a team player in a team environment. Our crew are simply awesome and we are looking for an equally awesome person to join us.
