Service and Warranty Administrator

We’re seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Administrator with a background in volume home building and strong people skills.

THE ROLE :

1. Manage the workflow of a portfolio of jobs.


2. Provide customers with updates in a timely manner.


3. Scheduling trades and services to resolve any issues.


4. Liaise with relevant stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and trades.


5. Support and assist Service and Warranty Supervisors and Technicians.


6. Provide quality customer experience & focus on delivering outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES

1. Knowledge of VBA guidelines and construction process


2. Well-rounded skillset


3. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment


4. CERT IV in building and construction highly regarded
