What’s the role?

We’re on the lookout for customer service-oriented individuals to join our teams across regional Queensland on Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) or Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) rosters from Darwin or Cairns  If you have hospitality or industrial cleaning experience—or bring a positive, can-do attitude and transferable skills—this is your chance to step into a rewarding role where your work makes a real impact.

• Work across key village services including housekeeping, kitchen support, retail, and mine site cleaning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in housekeeping, industrial cleaning, or hospitality roles such as kitchen, dining, or retail service
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations
• Comfortable working in remote locations and varying weather conditions
• Strong team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to assist across multiple tasks
• Commitment to safety procedures and ability to follow workplace protocols
• Must have Australian working rights, a valid driver’s licence, and be able to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol testing)
• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
