Service Clerk

AFGRI Equipment is a Market Leader in Agricultural Equipment. We are one of WA's largest John Deere dealers and have a new and exciting opportunity to share with you!

Our dealership, located in Boyup Brook is seeking a motivated Service Clerk to join our team and support the delivery of excellent service.

About The Role

Raising and closing of repair orders.

Input of technician times to repair orders.

Filing of workshop paperwork.

Liaise between customers, salesman, and suppliers to ensure prompt & on-time delivery of services.

Process all warranty claims in the subscribed time.

Processing service purchase orders and invoices.

Preparing customer quotes as per technician details.

Maintain records of workshop Work in Progress and technician's productivity.

Generate invoices.

Assist with reception duties as required.

Processing cash sales of EFTPOS

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative support role is highly regarded

Excellent customer service skills

High level of attention to detail

Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Well versed in Microsoft Office

Solid organisational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
