Company:

Security Integrator based in South East Melbourne (20km from the CBD) with an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team as a Service Coordinator.

This company holds heavy investments in their Employees. They contribute to your training and continued learning ensuing you upskill and career progression.

The Role:

Coordinate and schedule service activities for clients, ensuring timely and efficient execution of services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.
Manage the Technicians day to day Service calls, diary etc...
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and suggest strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track service assignments to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, understanding their security needs, and designing appropriate service solutions.

The Candidate:

Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Service Admin role
Electrical, Security, HVAC or Fire experience would be a bonus or a similar industry
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong admin skills - the ability to manage and delegate jobs
Word, Excel and Email experience
Familiar with accounting packages
Results driven, can work independently, self-motivated and friendly team member
Excellent time management skills
