The Role

We are on the hunt for a Service Coordinator to join our close-knit team based at Tullamarine.

In this role you will:

• Develop effective relationships with the customer, provide timely and accurate assistance
• Follow up of overseas shipments and documentation
• Coordinate deliveries with Direct couriers, Toll, STE and other carriers
• Inform the customer of shipment status by reports or email
• Inform the customer of vessel / aircraft delays
• Follow up All urgent deliveries and provide real time updates

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of freight forwarding/air freight experience
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of OH&S practices
• Ability to manage teams, multi-task, problem solve and make decisions
