The Position

Reporting to our Service Supervisor, the main duties and responsibilities would include:

• Coordination of EPT Customer Works; including:
  • Processing customer sales orders (internal/external)
  • Processing supplier purchase orders
  • Maintaining customer onboarding portals
  • Team scheduling requirements
  • Liaising with customers to coordinate delivery/ site attendances
• Providing general office support with various administrative tasks according to the needs of the business
• Commitment to EPT’s HSEQ System including Company policies and procedures.

EPT uses simPRO software for the management of all jobs, materials, purchasing, assets, and invoicing.

• Highly motivated and reliable, able to work alone and in a team
• Adaptability is an absolute essential
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
• Friendly and outgoing – team player
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Organised
• Super customer service skills
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen

Desirable but not essential

• Previous technical service experience would be highly valued
• Experience with simPRO highly regarded
• Experience in service-based industry

Hours of work are Monday to Friday starting at 7.30am to 4:00pm (40 hours per week) with an RDO every month.
