About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team on a full-time permanent basis to support the day-to-day operations of our High-Rise Window Cleaning services. Based out of our head office in Rosebery NSW, you will work closely with the State Manager and Project Delivery team to ensure all jobs, Field Technicians, resources, and logistics are coordinated in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, you will also be responsible for updating and maintaining our CRM system (Simpro) in accordance with Sky5 and Australian regulatory and compliance standards. Other key duties include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and allocation of field-based teams in line with company and site requirements.
  • Coordination of staff, materials, resources, and logistics associated with Sky5’s project pipeline.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and management of key stakeholders. 
  • Operational data entry to maintain an up-to-date and accurate Asset Management System (Simpro).
  • Provide administration support to the Operations Team.
  • Liaise with customers to facilitate job bookings, job coordination, and arranging site access, site permits, and site inductions.
  • Manage and liaise with external stakeholders relating to Sky5-specific jobs.
  • Manage Sky5’s online internal and client portals to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

About you

This pivotal role requires an individual with proven experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating field-based staff, resources, and logistics on an operational level. The successful candidate will also have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of stakeholder management internally and externally. This person will also have:

  • Previous experience working as a Coordinator, Allocator, Scheduler, or similar role in a fast-paced service/trade-based environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across a diverse range of blue and white-collar stakeholders.
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude towards continually delivering high-quality work in a timely and safe manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
  • An understanding of relevant environmental and safety requirements on site.
  • High attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Flexible with the ability to cross-train in many disciplines across the business.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
