Service Coordinator - UPS

We strive for continued success in leveraging technical innovation to develop next-generation solutions.\n\nAs part of our PQ division at Eaton Electrical, we are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to manage end\u2011to\u2011end coordination of service delivery, ensuring customer commitments, SLAs, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. The role acts as the central point of control between customers, field service engineers (FSEs), supervisors, sales, and internal support teams. Operating in a fast\u2011paced and high\u2011volume environment, the Service Coordinator ensures optimal resource utilisation, proactive customer communication, accurate system administration, and timely completion of service activities across maintenance, breakdown, warranty, commissioning, and project work. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Develop strong relationships with all customers and stakeholders both face to face and remote.\n * Support the business development managers in completing end contract renewals, process renewals and new contracts. \n * Follow procedure to deliver professional service to all stakeholders.\n * Ensure maximum and balance productivity by effectively scheduling technicians and service appointments.\n * Accountable for monitoring and maintaining proper flow of task.\n * Manage jobs through the utilisation of ERP systems (Salesforce \u0026 SAP).\n * Track and monitor daily activity.\n * Answering calls with the emphasis of first call resolution.\n * The ability to work under pressure, high resilience and problem-solving skills.\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * At least 2 years of experience as a service coordinator.\n * Experience with SAP or Oracle would be advantageous. \n * Strong organisational and multitasking skills. \n * Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time accordingly. \n * Excellent communication skills.\n\n\n\n## What We Offer:\n\n * On-site parking\n * Competitive salary and access to bonus scheme\n * Inclusive working environment\n * Volunteer days\n * Outstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal development\n\n\n\nWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
