Service Crew - Bellevue

Barminco has successfully tendered for the exciting Bellevue Gold Project located approximately 40km north-east of Leinster in Western Australia’s Northern Goldfields region. Operated by Bellevue Gold Limited, Bellevue is one of Australia’s highest-grade underground gold mines, achieving commercial production in 2024 and positioned for significant long-term growth.  

This major underground operation combines industry-leading mining practices with a strong sustainability focus, including a hybrid renewable energy power station designed to supply more than 80% of the site’s power requirements through renewable energy sources.  

About the Role  

As part of this project, Barminco is seeking experienced and motivated Service Crew to join the team on a full-time basis, working a 7/7 and 14/14 FIFO roster. These roles are integral to delivering safe, productive and efficient underground mining operations at the Bellevue Gold Mine while contributing to the continued success and expansion of the Bellevue Gold Mine.  

Your role will support underground production within a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

  
 What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?  

• 
  

  Install, maintain and repair all underground services, including but not limited to air/water/pump lines, ventilation bags, firing line, communications cables, cable bolts, submersible pumps, trailing cables, mono stations and construction of ventilation walls 

  
  

• 
  

  Operate the Integrated Tool Carrier (ITC) 

  
  

• 
  

  Clean and maintain Service Crew stores 

  
  

• 
  

  Conduct daily pre-start checks on all vehicles and mobile plant   

  
  

• 
  

  Assist the Charge Up crew when  

  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Background Includes

  Previous experience working on a Service Crew in a mining environment

  Current Working at Heights ticket

  Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards

  Ability to meet all site access requirements (including, but not limited to, Medical, DAS, NPC & valid Manual Driver's Licence)
