How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Provide leadership and direction for Consultants to meet RTW state benchmarks.
• Develop and implement strategies with team members to progress files to achieve return to work within budget and timeframes
• Undertake specific services and assessments such as; worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis as required.
• Analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly
• Conduct initial assessments, identify RTW barriers and design/implement/monitor programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required
• Manage and monitor team resourcing and portfolios.
• Engage and lead team to deliver their individual KPIs and develop and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance.
• Involvement in recruitment and selection process and manage comprehensive on boarding of new recruits.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Qualifications and full relevant registration in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Rehab Counselling 
• Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
• Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees
• Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis in order to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments
• Ability to consistently provide high level customer service and grow business by way of increased referrals
• Proven organisation and time management skills
