Founded in 1975, Barrenjoey Locksmiths are specialist providers of quality locksmith, building access and security services for commercial and residential properties across Sydney’s Northern Beaches area. We use the best-quality products to ensure great value for money and professional service throughout all our services.
Having acquired the business in February 2021, the owners plan to build on the brand and reputation of the business to create a customer centric services business specialising in building access and security. While initially focussed on the Northern Beaches, expansion across Sydney, NSW and Australia is a focus for the medium term.
The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the seamless coordination and management of front-end operations, driving and delivering exceptional service & customer satisfaction, and increasing quote conversions and sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction and optimising team productivity are central to this role. Key responsibilities include planning and refining procedures, handling inbound sales inquiries, quoting, scheduling jobs and staff, and managing the overall customer experience. Safety compliance, technical coordination and decision-making, efficiency analysis, and continuous process improvement are also important.
