Job Description - Service Delivery Manager - Cloud Services

Recently recognized as Australia’s #1 Tech Best Great Place to Work in 2024, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a top-tier organization within a high-performing ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic operational relationships with customers, including senior C-suite contacts.Support and assist customers with their operational requirements and queries through site visits and phone contact.Meet with customers to capture and share information relating to incidents and projects.Project manage the implementation of or changes to services.Interface with internal stakeholders to resolve issues or as a point of escalation for all operational issues and concerns within the defined portfolio.Identify opportunities where the company’s products and services can meet customer needs.Desired Skills And AttributesUniversity degree.Ideally 5 years of experience in roles such as Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager.Experience in the IT industry, preferably within a Managed Services Provider, IaaS Provider, or Public/Private Cloud provider.Understanding of cloud technologies.ITIL, Agile, and/or Prince II certifications are highly desirable.Previous experience as a project manager or project coordinator is a plus.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent written and verbal communication Join?Join a company with the highest Net Promoter Score on the ASX and recognized for the world’s best customer experience in 2020 at the World Communications Awards.
