We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Service Delivery team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in Cybersecurity or IT.

This role is essential in managing the end-to-end delivery of Offensive Team and Wargames projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of Offensive and Wargames projects from initiation to completion.
• Customer Understanding: Ensure detailed understanding and documentation of customer operations and agreements before project kick-off.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication and updates throughout the project.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless handovers between internal teams, ensuring smooth project transitions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans and progress reports.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality reviews and adhere to industry best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Scheduling: Manage and maintain accurate scheduling for Offensive and wargame engagements, ensuring maximum team resource utilisation.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Project Management Expertise: experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT consulting highly regarded.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Multitasking Abilities: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in project management (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields highly regarded
