Service Delivery Manager (NV2 Cleared)

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, operational support, and continuous improvement of critical technology services within a complex and highly governed environment. This role is responsible for ensuring services are customer-focused, secure, reliable, and aligned to organisational objectives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving service excellence across internal teams and external providers. This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end service delivery to ensure services meet agreed performance standards and business outcomes
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, customers, vendors, and delivery teams
• Lead service transition activities for new and changed services, including service catalogues and service agreements
• Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service optimisation initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external service providers to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery
• Ensure services, solutions, and operational processes comply with security, governance, and technology standards
• Manage planned and unplanned changes while minimising business disruption and maintaining stakeholder communication
• Support incident response activities and contribute to operational resilience initiatives
• Lead the development and testing of business continuity and service recovery plans
• Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in Service Delivery Management within complex enterprise or government environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across technical and business teams
• Experience managing technology services, service performance, and operational support functions
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and business process optimisation initiatives
• Sound understanding of IT service management frameworks and operational governance practices
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party service providers
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and exercise professional judgement in fast-paced environments
• Experience supporting business continuity, incident management, and change management activities
• An active NV2 Security Clearance is required for this position
