Summary of Role:
The Department of Treasury and Finance is looking to transformand modernise their operations and way of working, using digital asone of its levers. The department has commenced theestablishment of an internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) for itsdigital services, transforming the existing Information andTechnology branch into a high-quality enabler for its broadbusiness.
The Service Delivery Officer role is pivotal in deliveringexcellent customer support. This position actively supportsand advocates for the current transformation and advancement of theService Desk Team. This is achieved by spearheading digitalservice enhancements for our valued customers by implementinginnovative processes while leveraging existing and new tools andnew ways of working.
The incumbent directly reports to the Level 2 Service Desk TeamLeader and collaborates closely with both the Level 1 and Level 2Service Desk groups.
