Are you a driven and motivated supervisor looking to lead a team of high performing technicians whilst building relationships with key clients, and bringing new clients to the business?

What will you be doing?

• Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.
• Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors
• Manage  and oversee the budgets and P&L
• Operate across both testing and repair fire service staff
• Prepare monthly departmental strategy and financial reports reflecting short, medium and long term goals
• Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.

What do we need?

• Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with financial responsibility for a service department
• Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
• Construction and minor works service experience, including estimating and project delivery
• High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal
• Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
• Expertise in using an Enterprise system
