Service Manager - with Growth Opportunities

Elite Attachments Australia is an engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of attachments for earthmoving machinery for use in construction, agriculture and mining industries. Dedicated to offering a high-quality product, at a competitive price with stellar customer support – we have been fortunate to grow considerably over the years to include a customer base nationwide and internationally. Due to the growing demand for our products we are looking for a new Assembly Technician to join our assembly department.

You role will include but not limited to;

• Liaise with Customers to book in field service jobs
• Manage a team of 3-5 members on site
• Manage our computer system to track warranty and field service jobs in progress
• Work with engineering drawings for different models and sizes
• Keep track of stock levels in the company vehicles and maintain a service and cleaning roster
• Drive a forklift to collect and put away stock around the warehouse
• Comply with work safety guidelines at work.
• Follow the orders from management promptly and complete the jobs in timely manner.
• Opportunity to go out on site to fix warranty jobs and install hydraulics

Qualifications & experience we are looking for;

• Qualifications in hydraulics and mechanics is preferable.
• Drivers licence
• Current forklift licence or previous forklift operating experience.is advantageous

This is a full time position and a competitive hourly rates & overtime with penalty rates will be offered to the right candidate based on experience.
