About the Opportunity
In this role you will play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support Reece’s business operations. As part of our Modern Workplace Enablement team, this role goes beyond ITIL processes and will extend into other business functions, leveraging ServiceNow as a strategic enabler across the organisation. This will require a genuine interest in understanding the business, collaborating closely with support teams, and driving automation and innovation—including potential involvement in AI capability setup.
About you
On the technical front we are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of ITIL processes, that can help us extend our current work beyond IT. You’ll be proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow integrations. Experience with automation will be highly regarded, along with any experience with AI/ML techniques. Looking for someone with an inquisitive nature, a proactive and adaptable approach to solving problems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are a must!
