  • Located in Parramatta with flexible working arrangements available 








  • Competitive salary ranges from $113,574 to $125,720 p.a. plus superannuation & leave loading 






 




 




About the role 




 




The Service Planning and Delivery Officer role sits within the Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) division and is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of new public early childhood education and care (ECEC) services across NSW. The responsibilities include: 




 






  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning and decision-making.  








  • Supporting project management and reporting, including preparing project documentation and tracking risks and issues.  








  • Contributing to briefs, submissions, and professional learning and information sharing resources to support high-quality public ECEC service delivery.  








  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and consultation, including coordinating stakeholder and governance meetings.

About you -  


 






  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver project outcomes in a dynamic environment.  








  • Strong research, analysis and planning skills to implement complex policy positions.  








  • Demonstrated knowledge of and/or experience in the ECEC sector. 









 




Essential requirements of the role


 






  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent experience.  








  • Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Clearance for paid employment.
