We’re seeking an experienced Service Coordinator or Service Planning Team Leader to work closely with our Operations Manager. This new opportunity will be based out of our Blacktown office. In this role you will lead, develop and enhance efficiency in our national service planning department.

 

To succeed, you will need  

• Service Coordination experience: A Strong understanding of all Planning and Customer Service functions within a department.


• Leadership Experience: Candidates with experience in managing planning and scheduling teams will be highly advantageous.


• Good communication: Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.


• A strong aptitude: for learning new processes, systems, and applications.


• Proficiency in:  Software like Word and Excel; SAP experience is beneficial.
