Service Receptionist - Unlimited Growth Potential

We are seeking a bright and bubbly receptionist to join our multi-franchise dealership in South-West Sydney. If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic, and love going the extra mile, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will be:

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Meet and greet customers
• Assist with potential customer enquiries
• Book vehicles for service and recalls
• Provide general administrative support

You will have:

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in attending to customer needs and expectations
• Professional presentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry is desirable however NOT essential.
• Hours are 8am-4pm. 
• The ability to work Saturdays is a must.
