Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual to join an industry leading business and provide high quality technical support for our customers within Sydney Metro.

What you will be doing:

• Diagnose and repair swimming pool & spa equipment
• Provide reliable and prompt technical support for internal and external customers
• Maintain stock of components and spare parts to ensure completion of repair
• Ensure all damaged/faulty components are returned to your warehouse for quality checks

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in Pool & Spa industry is highly desirable
• Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Excellent customer service skills, well presented, confident and calm under pressure
• Ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment
• A current driver's license (Class C) is essential
• Restricted Electrical License is advantageous
