Service Technician - Urgent Role

Founded in 1860, Dowell Windows has been in the building industry for over 160 years in the window manufacturing business. We are proudly Australian owned and operated and continue to strengthen in the residential market.  Our goal is to provide sustainable windows to our clients in the building industry at the highest standard.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician to join our team in Geebung. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be playing an integral role in servicing our windows and door product range. 

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting site assessments
• Assembling and glazing Dowell products
• Repairing work by replacing parts and pieces
• Measuring and interpreting site plans and paperworks’ 
• Maintaining service supply cabinets as required
• Documenting all work performed
• Demonstrating commitment to safe work practices 
• Customer service communication 

A successful candidate for this role will have:

• A can-do attitude with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Current Driver’s License and White Card 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel 

Full training and ongoing support will be provided by the team.
