Job Description - Service & Warranty Office Administration Assistant - Exciting Challenge

We are looking to hire a motivated Service & Warranty Office Administration Assistant to join our high calibre team at Wideland Group in Chevallum, Sunshine Coast QLD.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service & Warranty Administration assistant to assist in growing our company.  This position will be based on Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast and our newly opened Chevallum Branch.  This role will allow you to work with industry leading Truck brands such as Hino, Iveco, Western Star, and MAN.

We are seeking a hard-working individual with determination who is looking to join our growing team.

If you’ve got…

  • Proven workshop or fleet administration or customer service skills and previous experience in a similar admin or service department advisory and or warranty type role in the automotive, truck or agricultural or construction equipment industry would be highly regarded.
  • Enjoy talking with customers and internal staff and would have that ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Assist the branch departments with administration tasks.
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to a high level of customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Computer literacy skills using MS word suite of programmes
  • Previous automotive warranty claim processing or service invoicing experience would also be an advantage for this role
