ServiceNow Business Analyst

Vectiq are looking for experienced ServiceNow Business Analysts with NV1, or higher security clearance to work as part of a collaborative and highly motivated team within one of the largest Federal Government departments in Canberra.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Business Analysts are to work in collaboration with the Commonwealth Project Manager. They will jointly deliver the below Services:

• Design the service catalogue workflows;
• Designing appropriate knowledge articles to support the delivery of service capability; and
• Create system documentation with support of ServiceNow technical consultants / architects.
• Provide guidance towards the execution of the overall implementation;
• Assist with project planning, resource assignments, organisational change management, stakeholder engagement and project communications to ensure effective design of the workflows and integration with ServiceNow.
• Be the Commonwealth’s primary escalation point for all project concerns and will have direct and constant communications between the Commonwealth and ServiceNow Operations for all pre Go-Live activities; and
• Host a weekly project update with the Commonwealth Project Manager(s) and key / limited Commonwealth stakeholders as part of the project communications plan to verify the project is progressing properly.

You will have

• Demonstrated experience in the implementation of SAP solutions with militaries, including the ADF.
• Demonstrated and deep currency in SAP technologies inclusive of Defence and Security in SAP.
• The ability to analyse complex problems
• Experience in the use of Agile Epic methodology; and
• The ability to brief a range of stakeholders and translate complex technical and business.
