Position: ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator

Role Overview
The ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator will be responsible for the day -to -day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. The role includes supporting implementations, deployments, upgrades, and ensuring the platform operates securely and reliably in a Government environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support the ServiceNow platform
Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
Support ServiceNow implementations, deployments, and upgrades
Perform platform configuration including workflows, forms, and UI policies
Monitor system performance and resolve platform issues
Support testing, deployment, and post -go -live activities
Maintain technical and operational documentation
Ensure platform compliance with Government security and governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Administrator
Strong hands -on experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration
Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes
Experience supporting ServiceNow deployments and upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Strong communication and documentation skills
Desirable Skills
ServiceNow certification (CSA or equivalent)
Experience working in Government or regulated environments
Exposure to integrations and reporting
