The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in
implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM and Security Operations modules, as
well as expertise in CMDB health, CSDM adoption, and service mapping. The
resource should be capable of engaging with business and technical stakeholders
and delivering quality outcomes.
