About The Role

Brandt is looking for a motivated and capable individual to join our dynamic Settlements and Rental team. Reporting to the Settlements & Rental Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations across the Brandt Group of Companies.

• Lead the daily operations of the settlements and rental functions


• Hire, train, and supervise team members to ensure strong performance and development


• Set team goals and strategies to effectively manage responsibilities and workloads


• Complete employee performance reviews and provide regular feedback to foster growth and a positive work culture


• Audit whole goods transactions to ensure they meet OEM program requirements and supplier guidelines


• Monitor and review account reconciliations related to whole goods invoicing


• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

About You

You're highly organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring a solid understanding of accounting principles and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You’ll also bring the following strengths:
