The opportunity
As a Settlement Operations Officer in our Settlements & Customer Operations Division you will be part of an enthusiastic, fast paced and results driven team who pride themselves on efficiency and accuracy. In this entry level role, you will learn the ins and outs of loan account set ups for a wide range of loans types across Residential, Commercial and Construction real estate.
Reporting to the Settlement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating movement of funds to third parties and preparing relevant financial documentation. You will set up borrower accounts on completion of settlement, finalise direct debit schedules and issue customer correspondence.
You will work both autonomously and collaboratively with your fellow Settlement Operations Officers, as well as with a range of other teams within and outside of the division including Settlements, Discharges, Customer Operations, Treasury and Portfolio teams.
